Thomas Joseph Landers,84, died at Florida Hospital,Ormond Beach, Florida on June 19, 2012. He was born in New York City, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Francis Landers of New Jersey. He was preceded in death by his sisters Ann Manning and Teresa Sullivan of Los Angeles, CA. Memorial Services were held at the Salem Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Peggy Kelly Landers of Pinehurst, NC., daughters Kelly Landers of Palm Beach, Florida, Maura Landers Riva of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and grandaughter Alexandra Landers Riva of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 201 Universitry Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL or Salem Presbyterian Church, 3554 Avents Ferry Road Sanford, NC 27330.Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home of Broadway.
